Kanye West Turned Down American Idol Gig Because Of What?!
American Idol is slowly filling their judges panel for season 13, with Jennifer Lopez and Keith Urban holding spots 1 and 2. Spot 3 remains vacant as of now…but apparently, Fox execs were hoping to fill it with none other than Kanye West! Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately…), the new father turned it down. “He didn’t want to go that mainstream,” a source said. “He didn’t want to lose any street cred. So he turned it down.” But….nevermind. Smh. The source adds that the execs also met with will.i.am, Diddy and Rodney Jerkins to discuss the position, but it looks like spot 3 will ultimately be going to producer Dr. Luke.
Details Revealed On Baby North West!
Over the weekend, Kim and Kanye were forced to miss Kylie Jenner’s Sweet 16 party, due to the death of Yeezy’s grandfather. The pair attended the funeral services out in Oklahoma City, and fellow attendees were able to catch a good look at baby North West…and now they’re blabbing about it, of course. “Kim held North close to her but gave guests a glance at the baby, who was dressed in white with cute pink shoes on,” a source revealed. “She’s got a head full of hair and a beautiful olive skin tone.” “She looks like Mason did when he was a baby,” another onlooker added. “They even have the same eyebrows!” Hopefully we’ll get to see for ourselves soon!
