(Video) Charlotte Cop Will Not Face Charges In Death Of Keith Lamont Scott

The officer who shot and killed Keith Lamont Scott will not face any charges sadly. 15 prosecutors agreed that Charlotte-Mecklenburg police Officer Brentley Vinson had a reason to shoot Scott. He was shot and killed on September 20 in an apartment complex parking lot. In a video, his relatives screamed that he did not have a weapon. According to “all the credible evidence” Scott was actually armed.

Wow, this is so shocking…said no one. Sadly, it has become the norm for cops to be able to kill minorities in cold blood and get away with it, and such is the case one again with Keith Lamont Scott’s murderer. Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officer Brentley Vinson fatally shot 43-year-old Scott outside of his home on September 20, after cops initially saw him rolling weed in his car, and later approached him because they saw he was armed. North Carolina is an open-carry state, however, so this was legal.
