(Video) NBA: After Finals Loss, Lebron James Points Out Kyrie Irving & Kevin Love Were Injured

The Golden State Warriors beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 105-97 in game 6 winning the series 4-2.  Despite LeBron James efforts, it simply wasn’t enough to stop the surging Warriors.  During the postgame press conference James was disappointed, subdued, and contemplative.  His overall demeanor was described in five words,  “We ran out of talent.”  The Cavaliers were without two-thirds of the “Big 3”, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love and they also were without center Anderson Varejao.  During the presser, James was sure to continually point that out.

Many people counted the Cleveland Cavaliers out after their star point guard Kyrie Irving suffered a fractured knee cap.  Irving underwent successful surgery on Saturday morning and will require 3-4 months to recover.  Though he was unable to make the trip to the Oracle Arena to support his teammates, Irving did watch the exciting game from his hospital bed.

The Cleveland Cavaliers just made the gut wrenching announcement that Kyrie Irving will need surgery on his kneecap and will miss the remainder of the NBA Finals. Obviously this dampens the series as a whole and throws the odds much more heavily on the side of the Warriors.

The NBA Finals may have changed in a very big way late in game one after Kyrie Irving suffered a left knee injury. As he drove towards the basket, he appeared to slip a bit and then went down clutching his knee.

Today Lebron James took upon himself to declare that Curry and Irving are two of the best ball handlers to ever play the game.
