(Video) NBA: Charles Barkley Stands By His Criticism Of Lebron As He & Shaq Continue To Disagree

image via: twitter The soap opera that has been the drama between Charles Barkley and Lebron James appears to finally be winding down. Each guy said what they said, from Chuck accusing Lebron of not wanting to compete, to Lebron calling him a “hater” and so on but you knew Barkley would talk about it again last night on “Inside The NBA.” He stood by what he said about Lebron but also tried to be clear it wasn’t a personal attack. As you will see, it’s still something Shaq doesn’t agree with.

(Video) NBA: Cavs Have a Team Night Out And They Got Very Excited When J.R. Smith Showed Up

J.R. Smith is still technically not a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers but you can’t tell that by this video. As the contract situation between Smith and the Cavs continues to drag on, leaving Bron frustrated with what the team is doing, the players themselves got together last night for a night out. They went to the movies and then were at someone’s house, possible preparing to go out and that’s when J.R. showed up and as you’ll see, everyone got hype. I guess Lebron wasn’t lying when he said J.R. was everyone’s favorite guy on the team.

NBA: Paul George Says He’s “Ready” To Take Down Lebron & The Cavs

Paul George feels like it’s his time to dethrone King James and the Cleveland Cavaliers and he is not shy about saying so. After numerous playoff battles with James, whether he was in Miami or Cleveland, the Pacers leader is a superstar in his own right, especially after the way he battled back from his gruesome leg injury. In an interview with The Vertical, “PG-13” describes the confidence he has now and he’s ready to take Lebron out!

NBA: Justin Bieber Turned Down $5 Million Dollar Offer To Perform At The RNC Thanks In Part To Lebron

Justin Bieber reportedly received an offer of $5 million dollars to perform in Cleveland at the Republican National Convention and was set to accept until a couple of big figures in his life talked him out of it. The offer was to do a 45 minute performance at a venue near Quicken Loans Arena where the convention was happening but after his own manager threatened to quit on him if he performed, as well as some advice from Lebron James, Bieber decided it was best to not participate.

(Video) NBA: Cavs Partial Owner, Usher, Goes Out Of His Way To Show Love To Warriors After Lebron Snub

Clearly, Usher didn’t go show the Warriors players some love out of spite for Lebron not showing him much love at the end of the game but it definitely looked like that, which is what made this funny. To be honest, since he is a partial owner of the Cavs, Usher really had no business being anywhere near the Warriors locker room to congratulate Steph & Draymond. The whole scene was just weird. He looked like a fanboy instead of someone who owns a portion of the team the Warriors just beat down.

NBA: Steph Curry Responds To Lebron’s Comments About The MVP Award

By now you already know Steph Curry was awarded with his second consecutive NBA MVP award earlier this week. The award came as no surprise since he pretty much locked it up a couple months into the season and even players like Lebron thought it was a no-brainer that the award should go to Steph. Bron praised the numbers Curry put up but he also threw somewhat of a subtle jab in regards to there being a difference between MVP and the best player.

NBA: J.R. Smith On Lebron’s Superteam “I Just Hope They Save Me A Spot”

J.R. Smith had a very “J.R.” like response to the possibility of Lebron creating his own super team before he retires with Carmelo, Dwyane Wade and Chris Paul. From a basketball standpoint, JR is all for it, he just wants to make sure he is part of the deal himself.

(Photos) Lebron James Pleads With TDE To Release “Untitled” Kendrick Lamar Tracks

Lebron James just like every other Kendrick fan is eager to hear those unreleased “Untitled” tracks that K. Dot usually seems to only perform during a televised show. Now he’s pleading with Kendrick’s label boss, Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith, via Twitter to drop the songs. Hit the jump for the convo!

NBA: Possible Trade Involving Carmelo Joining Lebron & Kevin Love Going To Boston Being Discussed

I am sure some people think this is just more trade deadline rumors but this story seems to have some legs to it. It sounds very possible that Carmelo Anthony could wind up playing side by side with Lebron next week if people involved in the trade talks get their way.
