During her visit to MTV Rapfix alongside her new CEO Birdman yesterday, the heiress revealed a quick preview of her forthcoming music video “Good Time,” featuring Lil Wayne (as is customary for all first singles from any YMCMB signee.) Whoot Whoot! I wish the Hot Boys just get a reunion album done already. Have BG do some work from – well, you know he’s on lock down, but it could happen. 2 Chainz’ B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time dropped Sept. 10 and now, he’s in the works of creating the visual for the second single off the album, “Used 2.” The track was produced by good ol’ Mannie Fresh, and beat was sampled from Juvenile’s “Back That Azz Up.” That track had some females acting a FOOL! With so many Hot Boys connections, why not involve them in the visual process. Tity Boi grabs Weezy F, Mannie Fresh, Juve and Turk to shoot the video in New Orleans – hometown of the crew. Dangerous in a GOOD way – Looks like Busta may not be cutting ANY corners! The YMCMB artist is gearing up for the release of the sequel to, Extinction Level Event: The Final World Front. We’ve gotten a glimpse of featured artist, Nicki Minaj, in “Twerk It” which will appear on Extinction Level Event 2, however Busta Rhymes plans on having some other big names in the game on the album. Universal Music will be re-releasing some of the biggest albums that they’ve put out over the years as part of their Respect The Classics campaign. First up will be DMX’s It’s Dark and Hell Is Hot and Flesh Of My Flesh, Blood Of My Blood, both due out October 22nd. Also included are Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter (above), 50 Cent’s Get Rich Or Die Tryin and more, all in an effort to “spotlight iconic, genre-defining albums” from the back catalogs of Def Jam, Interscope, Priority and Virgin Records imprints.
