The wavy one had filed an appeal on his 75 year bid, saying that the jury had been “improperly instructed, imposed an excessive sentence and ‘erroneously denied his motion for a judgment of acquittal’”, among other things. Reports Max B Was Denied Parole Untrue
Earlier today, we reported that rapper Max B had been denied the appeal he’d been hoping for. However, Max and French Montana-affiliated site HipHopConnection has spoke with him and the report is untrue. The paperwork HAS been filed on Max’s behalf for the appeal, but they have not heard back from the courts just yet. So don’t give up hope! There’s still a chance Max could get his appeal.
