There has been talk about an Elvis biopic in the works since November 2011 but nothing ever really became of it. Lisa Marie Presley has stated numerous times that she does not like an portrayal of her famous father thus far because the directors don’t capture everything about the King of Rock & Roll. Many people have made moves to make the biopic happen but they can’t seem to get over the roadblocks in their way, but they are hoping a certain legendary singer can make things happen. Rolling Stones Slash Ticket Prices, Sell Out Los Angeles Show Again!!
The Rolling Stones have been charging people an arm and a leg to see them in concert. Most tickets fall into the $250-$600 price range for their “50 and Counting Tour” though they have also come up with some cool ways to make sure people who can’t afford the price tag are still able to enjoy seeing the legendary group live. Last weekend they did a surprise spot in Los Angeles at the Echoplex club a 320 person capacity venue that charged only $20, and for their concert at the Staples center they slashed prices for tickets down to a more reasonable $85 dollar ticket. For those who purchased the $85 tickets, the location of the tickets is at random so you had to show up a few hours before the show to find out where you would be sitting. So the $85 dollar tickets weren’t all for the nosebleeds so potentially someone could have gotten front row seats if they were yet available. What a cool way to reach out to your die hard fans. The Rolling Stones brought out Gwen Stefani and Keith Urban for some help on a few songs during the concert in an absolutely electric Staples Center. Hit the jump for more.

So do you think Mick Jagger really was just trying to say a joke or was he trying to call NYC a bunch of babies?..Well during the 12.12.12 relief concert he was trying to be funny and started saying how he never saw so many old U.K artist in the same place at the same time, then he said if the UK gets ‘rain’ we better come help! Rain?! Really?! Some areas are totally destroyed.. I really see NO sense of humor in that joke.. then again they do say the English have a bad sense of humor! Mickey
