On June 9, Lil Kim gave birth to a baby girl named Royal Reign with her beau Mr. Papers by her side at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. Earlier this week, the happy family were spotted leaving what was reported as the hospital, saying Kim had had an extended stay because she was recovering from a c-section. Not sure how entirely true that is, but they look happy regardless! Congrats!

A very pregnant Lil’ Kim recently celebrated her royal-themed baby shower alongside her boyfriend/baby daddy Mr. Papers in NYC this past weekend. However, fans are coming for the Queen Bee after her personal assistant posted, “please make sure they check off your gift from the registry after purchase” from Kim’s IG account. There were a bunch of super pricey gifts on the registry from different stores such as Tiffany’s , Petit Tresor, Bel Bambini, Buy Buy Baby and Babies R Us including a sterling-silver baby cup priced at $575, which was apparently purchased for the Brooklyn femcee. After Lil Kim’s unexpected pregnancy announcement during NYFW, she has been flooding every blog site. Kim’s baby father, Mr. Papers, revealed in a recent interview that the gender of their child will be announced soon, but we didn’t know he meant this soon! While speaking about their child, Papers told Radar Online, “That’s my baby… He’ll be taken care of.” Opps! Looks like the NYC-based rapper spilled the beans on the little boy that’s growing inside of Kim’s big ol’ belly. This will be baby #1 for Kim and #2 for Papers, who has a 4-year-old son from a previous relationship.
