(Video) Paul Walker’s Daughter Wins $10.1Million In Car Cash Settlement

The late Paul Walker’s daughter has won a $10.1 million settlement from the estate of Roger Rodas, who was behind the wheel of the Porsche in which both men died in the November 2013 car crash. Meadow Walker’s attorney told TMZ.com that Rodas was partially responsible for the crash, while not “directing the car through any particularly unsafe maneuvers when it went out of control.” The settlement between both the Rodas estate and Walker was finalized in November 2014 but was undisclosed until this week. A judge has just ruled that Porsche is not responsible for the crash that killed Paul Walker. Kristine Rodas, who’s husband also died in the crash tried to say that he died because the Porsche Carrera GT he was driving lacked many safety features.

After actor Paul Walker passed away in a car accident, his family has been fighting tooth and nail to come to a conclusion as to what REALLY happened. His daughter, 16-year-old Meadow Walker, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche, stating that she thinks the actual car itself is to blame for her father’s death as apposed to just the crash. Apparently Walker tried to escape from the vehicle, which was caught on fire, but was unable to due to the car’s features.

Pauline is Diesel’s third child with long-time girlfriend Paloma Jimenez. The two have a four year old boy, Vincent Sinclair, and a six-year-old daughter, Hania Riley.

Coming out at separate times, however, looking like twins has served well for the younger brother of Paul Walker, Cody Walker. The 27-year-old, following his brother’s tragic death, was the Furious 7 fill-in and the reason the film was released. Cody will now star in his own major acting role, from start to finish, in the upcoming film, USS Indianapolis: Men of Courage.
