Currently the state of West Virginia is going thru a crisis. The state has just been hit with an dangerously high amount of rainfall and it is tearing the state apart. The death toll already is at least 23 and that number is expected to climb as the hours go by. The last thing America, or any nation on this planet for that fact, needs is another tragedy.
