Robert Loggia, who played drug king pin Frank Lopez, in the classic 1983 movie Scarface doesn’t think “upgrading” the movie will be such a good idea. Universal is talking about doing a newer version of Scarface and Loggia said “Scarface is a classic that should rest in peace, enough said!” when he was recently asked about it. Why would you want to redo or “upgrade” such a classic like Scarface?! Especially since the Scarface we all know and love is a remake itself from a 1932 movie.
