Simon Cowell is learning today… it probably isn’t a good idea to bang your friend’s wife, WHILE THEY’RE STILL MARRIED! His buddy, Andrew Silverman has filed divorce docs in New York… and he isn’t too happy about it. He’s alleging ADULTERY in seeking to end his marriage to Lauren Silverman … who is said to be pregnant with Simon’s child. If this is proven true, Simon can be forced to take a DNA test — something that’s hard to get in New York when a couple is married and the wife gets pregnant. Andrew says, “The nature of this action is: to dissolve the marriage between the parties based upon (1) the commission of acts of adultery by the defendant and (2) defendant’s cruel and inhuman treatment of the plaintiff.” Andrew also wants the judge to approve the couple’s pre-nup they signed back in 2003. Simon Cowell is expecting a baby with married New York socialite Lauren Silverman. Weirdest part of it all? Cowell is close friends with Lauren’s husband, real estate mogul Andrew Silverman. Lauren, 36, is said to be ’10 weeks along’ in the pregnancy. Crazy, friends are even saying, ‘Lauren loves Simon, she says that she wants to marry him. And with the baby, she’s going the right way about it! But I think this could be really good for Simon.’ See the photos below!

Simon Cowell is known for his extremely harsh and, often negative, critisicm on shows such as American Idol, The X Factor, and Britain’s Got Talent. During a recent episode of Britain’s Got Talent, Opera singers Richard and Adam Johnson’s performance received a surprise visitor. An unknown lady made her way onto the stage and started pelting Cowell with eggs. Maybe she tried out for one of the shows and got denied by him? Probably. Anyways, Cowell wasn’t the only one hit, though. The other judges Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams were also caught in the cross-fire of eggs. Simon Cowell Loses $20 Thousand Dollar Bet To L.A. Reid
In the onset of the X-Factor season Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid made a 20 thousand dollar wager stating that if either of them had one of their contestants win, the loser would cough up the dough.
