A couple weeks ago, posters of “purge” happenings went viral and had people in certain cities on extra alert. Most people knew the posters were a joke, but there were still some events that sided with caution. Some college and high school football games in the Louisville area were cancelled just to be safe, but of all people it appears Lakers Nick Young thought the posters were real! He sent the posters to his followers on twitter and then judging by his tweets following, he really thought s**t was about to go down! Nick Young had to be there to support his girl Iggy after the BET awards. By now everyone knows the rumors and whispers that Nicki Minaj threw a shot towards Iggy when she made comments about female rappers not writing their own lyrics and how she was the realest and basically the queen of this rap game. Swaggy P loves the kids. Nick Young hosted a basketball camp this week for young kids and I bet the farthest thing from his mind was one of those kids embarrassing him on the court. As Nick plays defense the kid shows off a little dribbling skills and then attacks the rim. He catches Nick with a fake then makes him jump about 5 feet away from the rim while little man scores. This wasn’t for the cameras either because there are other videos from the same day where Nick is just blocking shots and stealing the ball from the kids with no problem.
