Being healthy is in nowadays, and Mack 10 is on trend. Dropping red meat from his diet is where he’s made the biggest change. Mack 10 said in an interview, “I used to love to be able to order a burger or get a fat ass steak, but now I am up on eating fish, chicken and s**t.” At his heaviest he was 267 and is now under 200–props to him!
