A mom from Georgia was arrested for allowing her 10-year-old so to get a tattoo. The woman let her young son get a memorial tattoo of his dead brother on his arm and when the young boy’s school noticed the tatt they called the authorities. In the state of Georgia it is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to get a tattoo regardless of parental consent unless authorized by physician or osteopath. Read more after the jump. Julie1205
