In the season finale of X-Factor, 50 Cent was introduced by Lakers point guard Derek Fisher. 50 cent began his set by performing a track off his new mixtape, “Wait Until Tonightâ€.
The rapper transitioned from his mix-tape single, to his 2003 smash hit “In Da Clubâ€. Laker players Matt Barnes, Steve Blake, and rookie Darius Morris walked out on stage. (As Lakers head coach Mike Brown calls him “The Rook†can even be seen dancing with the backup dancers.)
