According to TMZ, Gary Dourdan, is being sued by Ex-Girlfriend, Nicole Cannizzaro over an assault that occurred last November. Nicole suffered a broken nose. Gary was charged with with felony assault and battery and a judge issued a restraining order. However, Nicole is seeking $25,000 citing assault, battery, and unspecified emotional damage.
