A one-legged multi-millionaire was socked with a 60-day jail-term for drunkenly clocking an ex-stripper in the face with his gold Rolex watch outside an upper East Side bar. The moral of the story is if you hit a female you’re going to jail. Click below to find out more.

Thomas Hartmann, an ex-con and former construction worker who won a $16 million judgment after loosing a leg during a clash with Long Island cops, is headed to the clink for punching sexy Russian-born ex-stripper Sophia Kandelaki hours after meeting her.

“I never meant to hurt her,” Hartmann said as he wept before a judge.

His lawyer, Joseph Tacopina, argued that Kandelaki is a tax cheat and a hustler who was trying to pickpocket his client as he asked Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Robert Mandelbaum to spare him jail.

Prosecutors, who asked a judge to give him a year, blasted the beefy Hartmann as a bully.

“He struck her in the head,” Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Sigall said. “Whether she is a prostitute or an escort or whether she paid her taxes or did not pay her taxes … regardless of all these things, this man intentionally caused physical injury to her.”

Kandelaki, a wanna-be reality star with a colorful past, suffered a deep gash across her temple during the April 2010 confrontation that erupted after the duo spilled out of Baronda bar near E. 76th St.

Kandelaki, 37, testified in broken-English at Hartmann’s misdemeanor assault trial last month, saying she was not trying to steal from the wobbly rich man but rather was just joking about his money when he suddenly lunged at her.

Hartmann’s seven-figure civil rights judgment stemmed from a 2004 incident in which a Nassau County cop ran him over while attempting to collar him for threatening his wife.

Hartmann, 42, has a decades-old criminal history: He did six years upstate beginning in 1992 after stealing a car and setting it on fire, and he served two years in prison, from 1989 to 1991, for stabbing a man in the face, records show.
