They were separated by just half a mile, but Kate Goldsmith and her estranged husband Ben already appeared to be occupying very different worlds yesterday.
While Mr Goldsmith was playing in a charity cricket match, his wife was by the side of the US rapper at the centre of their marriage break-up.
Clutching an electronic keyboard and a laptop computer, the Rothschild heiress emerged from the £1.8million apartment in Cadogan Square, Knightsbridge, where hip hop artist Jay Electronica is living.
In stark contrast, just a short walk away at Burton Court, multi-millionaire Mr Goldsmith was smartly dressed for the cricket in immaculately pressed white flannels, without so much as a grass stain in sight.
