Might as well go gold! The NBA kicked off it’s season tonight with a triple header. The Heat are taking on the Celtics and LeBron is rocking some gold-themed Nike LeBron X sneakers. The sneakers have several customized inscriptions. Check out what they look like:
On one side, a logo reads “MVP” and “697.” LeBron scored 697 points in the postseason on the way to claiming his first Larry O’Brien trophy last year.
On the other side the sneakers read “CHAMP” and “16-7,” which was the Heat’s playoff record last season.
