Good Lord, even with a win, the Jets can’t avoid controversy!

Bart Hubbuch of the New York Post reports that linebacker Bart Scott led a “media mutiny” in the locker room after the game by the team’s defense…but that didn’t work out so well. #Fail

Per Hubbuch, Scott threatened any player on the defense who said anything other than “both teams played hard.”

That included calling linebacker Bryan Thomas a “MF—ing sellout” for saying more than Scott wanted him to say. The attempted mutiny came to an end after safety Yeremiah Bell told Scott to stop, which was followed by Scott talking “calmly and openly” to the media.

It’s not Scott’s first attempted mutiny of the season. He declared one after the season opening victory over the Bills and later had a locker room confrontationwith another reporter.
