The movie about the great Civil War President, entitled Lincoln, has been nominated for a Golden Globe causing the Oscar’s to take an extra look at the film. Though the Golden Globes is a great honor, if you know your history then you know Lincoln didn’t fare very well in theaters, but with the nom from the GG the people behind this piece are hoping they can have their names called when the Oscars nominations come out. Other movies nominated Arbitrage, starring Richard Greer, The Paperboy featuring Nicole Kidman, and Django Unchained by Quentin Tarantino and starring Jamie Foxx. Les. Miserables featuring Hugh Jackman and Anne Hathaway was excluded from the list but the stars were well praised. Other notable Movies off the list are Hitchcock and Skyfall the Bond flick.
