The New York Giants, New York Jets and New England Patriots will all honor the victims in the horrific shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newton, Connecticut. Read more after the jump.
Each will wear special decals on their helmets showing support to the victims, in addition the Giants also have S.H.E.S going down the red stripe of their helmet, the abbreviation for Sandy Hook Elementary School. The Patriots will conduct a tribute to the shooting victims before their game with the 49ers. The NFL has requested that each home team conduct a moment of silence before the start of their games in honor of the 27 lives taken, 20 of which were small children.
