(Video) Sandy Hook Elementary School Demolition Begins In Newtown!

Today a demolition crew began to tear down Sandy Hook Elementary School, a few months shy of it’s December anniversary of the day Adam Lanza entered the school to gun down students and teachers. The decision to take down the school, section by section versus wrecking ball action, and build a new structure on the same ground was made by town officials in an effort to move past the tragic slaughter. Sandy Hook Elementary which was site for the massacre of young students and faculty back in December in Newton, Conneticut is being torn down according to CNN. The Sandy Hook Task force voted unanimously to recommend to the Newtown, Conneticut school board to bring down Sandy Hook Elementary and rebuild a new school hoping that this will be a fresh start for the school.


Daughter Of Sandy Hook Principal Threatens To Protest If School Reopens

What to do with Sandy Hook Elementary School is currently being debated. Many people think the school should reopen while others think the school should be torn down and a new one should be built nearby. The students who started the year in the Newtown school are currently in a school in a nearby town following the Sandy Hook massacre. The final meeting of what to do with the school will occur on May 10. Now the daughter of the slain principal of the school is speaking out and threatening to protest if the school reopens. Kicks: LeBron James x Upper Deck Will Auction Off Nike LeBron Xs

LeBron James and Upper Deck have teamed up to further support the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy, that took place in Newtown, CT last December. Just a day after the mass shooting, LeBron and the Miami Heat played against the Washington Wizards, where he wore a personalized version of his Nike LeBron Xs to show support to the victims and their families. The White/Navy-Red Nike LeBron Xs were customized by King James himself using a Sharpie with the words “NEWTOWN, CT” written on them in various places. The game was touching to everyone in the American Airlines Arena that night, especially for LeBron and his teammates as they brought their children onto the court for a moment of silence during the pregame introduction. LeBron showed that he was greatly affected by the tragedy then, and almost 3 months later he still feels the need to take action and help. So, with the help of Upper Deck LeBron will be auctioning off his personalized LeBron Xs next month with his autograph on one shoe, and added words “VS. Wizards 12/15/12 Never Forget!!” on the other. Quentin Tarantino Speaks On The Connection Between Movie Violence & Real Violence

Post every single violent tragedy someone poses the question, “Does violence in movies encourage real life violence?” Well director Quentin Tarantino was recently asked this question and spoke his mind about it calling it “annoying” and “disrespectful” to be asked such a question. Adam Lanza’s Father Releases A Statement, Claims His Body

Sandy Hook Elementary School shooter, Adam Lanza’s body has been claimed by his father and will be prepared for burial. Lanza, who killed 26 people and his own mother on December 14, took his own life after during the massacre. Doctors were holding onto his body for a while to do some DNA testing to see if Adam had a genetic disorder which caused him to commit the horrific act that he did. Adam’s father, Peter, spoke out for the first time since the tragedy saying, “we too are asking why.” Read more below. Julie A.
