A while back we showed you some dope videos of being able to control your house from your smart phone. Apple, Google & Microsoft were rumored to be interested in purchasing home automation companies, believing that it is the future of tech. Microsoft were the ones to pop open the check book this go around, buying Blake Krikorian’s start up, R2 Studios.
The best part of this deal is Blake and a small team were signed on to work specifically with the Xbox division. He has done major work with full home control. Control your thermostat or maybe even turn the lights off right from your Xbox? Who knows what these guys will come up with, but we’ll keep you posted!!!
