According to ESPN:

In a statement, Vick said he was “grateful and proud” to be with the Eagles.

“My heart is in Philly and this community is important to me. I look forward to playing for Coach Kelly, [owner] Jeffrey Lurie and the entire Eagles organization, the city of Philadelphia and the fans. I am training hard this offseason and will be ready for Coach Kelly’s team vision and leadership. Our goal is to win,” he said.

According to USA Today:

Vick’s one-year contract is indeed worth up to $10 million and includes a $3.5-million signing bonus, according to a person informed of the contract details. The person, who spoke to USA TODAY Sports on condition of anonymity because the financials weren’t to be discussed publicly, said Vick now has a base salary of $3.5 million – down from the $15.5 million he was to earn before the contract was rewritten.

The person said the remaining $3 million can be earned via incentives. Vick gets $500,000 if he takes 50 percent of the snaps this season and another $1 million if he’s on the field for 90 percent of the snaps.

The remaining $1 million comes his way if he leads the Eagles to the first Super Bowl title in franchise history.
