One train-wreck saving another train-wreck? I’m not sure how well this is going to work, but Charlie Sheen wants to step in a help a clearly troubled actress. Sheen thinks that because he is close to someone who the actress looks at as a mentor, he can save her. I personally think it’s too late for anyone or anything to save this mess! Charlie thinks he can save Lindsay Lohan. The two worked together on Scary Movie 5 and Charlie is friends with someone in Lindsay’s camp. Sheen says that he would advise her as someone who has been down the bump road that she is on now followed by “if she listens, she’ll win. If she doesn’t, that’s on her.”
