Adam Levy, Judy’s son, is not accused of child rape but has been accused of interfering in a child rape case. Adam Levy, who is the Putnam County District Attorney, has recused himself of the case due to his relationship with the suspect. According to the county sheriff, “He is apparently trying to influence and affect the investigation, which could be perceived as an ethical violation of his official duties and perhaps even as an attempt to undermine it.” 35-year-old Hossu was arrested charges of raping a 12-year-old girl two times back in 2010.
