Am I the only person who is sick to my stomach everytime I hear more about Kim & Kris? I feel like barfing while I write this, however it may soon be coming to an end. The former couple are scheduled to be in court today for a settlement hearing. If things go well, everything may be discussed and finished today which I would love to hear. Sources close to Kim are evening saying the expecting mother is excited to see Kris and talk about things to get closure between the two. Read more after the jump.

The court battle has been going on for about a year and a half now. Kris still feels scorned because he feels he was a pawn in a bigger reality TV fraud that embarrased him. Who knows what the truth is at this point. Kim has reportedly been reaching out to Kris, but he never calls back. Can you blame him? Sources very close to Kim tell TMZ that Kim is actually looking forward to seeing him. She’s saying she does indeed still love him as a person, acknowledging, “We just didn’t work as a couple”. Kim is saying they have “unfinished business” and need to talk things out so they can truly move on. By the time they leave court today a settlement could be complete.
