Last week, PETA released its list of the most vegan-friendly cities in the United States. As we know Austin, TX is at the top of the list thanks to their expanding vegan movement which includes food trucks, sit-down restaurants and ice cream shops. Among the other runner ups are Portland,Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Boulder, CO and Richmond, VA.
