Amazing art by prisoner.
An inmate at Attica Correctional Facility expresses his creativity like no other! This man never walked on a golf course, but amazingly he can create the vivid image you see above.

Using colored pencils, he brings his canvas to life with his precision and colors. Valentino Dixon has spent the last 22 years of his life locked behind bars. Dixon attended Buffalo’s Academy for Visual and Performing Arts during high school, and he was only one class shy of receiving his diploma. Dixon got involved with drug dealing and guns, which caused him not to finish school. He is currently serving a 39-year-to-life sentence for the killing of Torriano Jackson in August of 1991, but Dixon stated that he did not commit the crime and “the truth will come out.”

He was also quoted saying, “I know I disappointed my teachers at performing arts… I wanted to be the best in the world.” His artwork is incredible and there is no doubt about that. What’s more amazing is that he made this scene of art from a place he never been to! I hope the best for him if his claim on the murder is true.
