Earl Simmons aka DMX was arrested on charges including driving under the influence and not having a driver’s license. Records show that 42-year-old DMX has been released from Greenville County jail. Last year, DMX was arrested in South Carolina but in the nearby county of Spartanburg. He was arrested on suspicion of driving without a license, and he was released after paying a fine.
In 2011, DMX was arrested in Phoenix after an officer clocked him going 102 mph in a suburb.
