TDE’s SZA accompanied Rihanna at the 2016 BRIT Awards, Wednesday (February 24) to perform their new song “Consideration,” off Rihanna’s latest project ‘ANTi.’ Following the stellar performance SZA took to her IG account to thank RiRi for having her. She wrote alongside a photo of their performance, “Thank you for ur spirit, for all your consistent positive energy and reassurance …thank you for having me U murdered toniiiight!!! U da one #britawards #ANTI #TDE #Consideration”
Rihanna’s navy quickly attacked the post, bringing out tweets of the TDE singers where she criticized Rihanna and Ciara back in 2011. SZA choose to respond to the tweets admitting she was “young and petty.”

The tweet in question stated, “I don’t get it! neither @rihanna or ciara can hold a note worth a damn…ones just worse than the other.So whats the beef?!?”
SZA acknowledged the tweet saying, it’s five years old and she was just being “petty.” She wrote, “It’s 2016 I’m a grown woman. Obviously if i felt the same way about life, I’d still be working at the mall.”
