Gucci Mane’s latest jail bid involves gun and weed charges in the state of Georgia, but South Carolina prisoner, Jerry Lewis Dedrick, 51 seems to think that he has the answer to get Big Guwop released.
Without Gucci Mane’s knowledge, Dedrick has filed a motion with the courts arguing that possessing a gun in itself isn’t a federal crime. Well, that’s mistake #1. Mistake #2 – he’s not even the “Good To Me” rapper’s attorney. Dedrick is hoping that the motion will get to Gucci’s REAL lawyer. If Gucci gets off of this one, Dedrick may have to take the bar.
