Looks like Justin Bieber is still NOT off the hook for this one. The D.A. hasn’t filed the egging case that happened months ago because they don’t know how to approach it! Find out the two major problems below.
Since they don’t know whether or not the case is a misdemeanor or a felony no action has taken place for this case. The first problem is finding out how much the egged home really cost to fix, not just going by the $20,000 estimate the homeowner gave. Since this was blatant vandalism they are looking into other cases and weighing out the options. Then again, Lil Za was already charged with felony vandalism when he broke the $400 phone in jail, so that might not help Bieber’s case at all.
