Jim Fritze, 43, was left conscious after he suffered from a stroke. He could not move or speak, but he could hear the doctors in the hospital talking to his girlfriend and family that he was going to die and if they were going to donate his organs even though he was still alive. Fritze said, “I heard them tell my girlfriend and my relatives that there was no hope. I couldn’t do anything. I could only see and hear. Jim Fritze from Sweden was in the hospital and he could the hear the doctors talking to his family and girlfriend saying that he was going to die and if they were going to donate his organs. He overheard the doctors talking about donating his liver and kidney. His family even showed up to say final goodbyes to him. Jim Fritze is now still alive and is making a full recovery after his stroke. He can now speak and move even though he is bound to a wheelchair. Fritze filed a complaint with the Gothenburg’s Sahlgrenska Hospital.
