The countdown to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s wedding has official begun. The May 24th nuptials are right around the corner, and the bride-to-be started the festivities with a surprise bridal shower thrown in her honor Saturday at The Peninsula hotel in Beverly Hills.
Joined by close friends and family, the intimate gathering started at 10 a.m. and was organized by no other then mom Kris Jenner sisters Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian.
The bride-to-be looks beautiful in a fittingly white dress complete with a pearl string halter strap, and silver stilettos. Her best accessory of course was her massive engagement sparkler as she placed her hands inside of the side pockets of her dress.
After the shower, the Kardasdian sister posted several pictures of their photo booth pictures with some of the attendees, including Larsa Pippen, Rachel Roy, Brittny Gastineau, Simone Harouche, Ciara, Leah Jenner and a few of Kanye’s family members.
According to E!, Kim and Kanye plan on tying the knot in a civil ceremony to seal the legal deal before swapping vows in a more lavish fashion in Paris.
Kim’s designer gown is all picked out and she has chosen a color scheme and outfits for her bridesmaids as well.
