There’s no secret that Justin has been expressing bizarre behavior and finds himself in trouble with the law. A lawyer in the paparazzi assault case thinks he knows why and wants to use Bieber’s inner circle to confirm his allegation.

TMZ learned that the lawyer repping the paparazzo in the Bieber assault case believes Justin acts like an animal because of massive drug abuse and wants to bring in his friends to prove it! They will subpoena Lil Twist, Khalil, Scooter Braun and others,(friends they believe Justin ordered to beat up the pap) and will focus on drug and alcohol. The lawyer also believes that if they are honest, they will confess that their is a connection between Bieber’s aggressive behavior and his consumption of sizzurp, alcohol and weed.
