The Marin County Deputy Coroner released more details about how Robin Williams manage to kill himself on Monday.

The Coroner said that Robin first attempted to kill himself by slashing his left wrist but they were not big or deep enough to do damage.

The Coroner then said, Williams went on to grab his belt, tie it around his neck. Williams secured it by placing the belt between the door frame and closet door and placed himself in a seated position with his right shoulder against the door.

It was a while before Robin Williams was found by his personal assistant.
