Dallas Cowboys defensive back C.J. Spillman, who is already being investigated for an alleged sexual assault of a woman in September may already have been involved in a situation like this before. A report has surfaced where he was accused of a previous sexual assault that for whatever reason was never really investigated.

Spillman previously tried to rape a Bay Area massage therapist while Spillman was a member of the San Francisco 49ers in 2013.
Per the report, police reports of the incident claim Spillman groped the woman, tried to rip her clothes off and attempted to force oral sex upon her. Spillman denied the allegations of forcefulness and said the incident was consensual in nature.
He was never charged even though the woman still continues to say he tried to rape her that day. The current incident for which he is accused stems from a night in St. Louis at the team hotel when the Cowboys were there to play the Rams.
