According to TMZ and Fish Wrapper the picture was posted late last night but has since then been taken down.The naughty pic shows Kendall on top of a guy that has his arms wrapped around her.Lets also add that his arms seem to be tattooed and resemble those of Bieber’s.Kendall and Justin have been speculated to date but they have both denied it and said that there just friends.

But after all no one even knows if the girl in the picture is even Kendall.The long hair and thin model body definitely make it seem like Kendall is the girl in the picture.
