Dominique Sharpton is suing NYC for $5Million
Al Sharpton’s daughter, Dominique is suing NYC after she fell in the street and sprained her ankle. The 28 year-old states she was “severely injured, bruised and wounded” According to a lawsuit, she stumbled over an uneven pavement at the corner of Broome Street and Broadway downtown last year. On October 2nd the day of the incident she took to instagram and posted “ I sprained my ankle real bad lol.”
If I was in pain I wouldn’t joke about it or put it on the gram, but she seeking the damages for “ loss of quality of life, future pain and suffering, future medical bills and future diminution of income”
