According to Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby six police officers have been indicted in the death of Freddie Gray.

A grand jury has indicted all six police officers that were charged in with the death of Freddie Gray who had suffered from injuries while in police custody which led to his fatal death. These indictments that were announced today were similar to the charges Attorney Marilyn Mosby had stated about three weeks prior from today. These charges are of a very serious variety ranging from second degree “depraved heart” murder and assault. Although some of the lesser alleged charges had been changed. Freddie Gray suffered a serious spinal injury after being handcuffed and shackled by police and was placed head first into the back of the police van, Attorney Mosbey said. His constant cries for medical attention were being ignored. This is a developing story and will be updated when more information is made available.
