Dwayne Johnson, better known as “The Rock” is undoubtedly one of the most athletic celebs. Starting his career as a WWF wrestler, The Rock has moved from slamming bodies, to acting on the big and small screens and even reality tv, helping people face everyday challenges.

Finally, The Rock has signed an endorsement deal with none other than, Under Armour.

Under Armour has always been a strong competitor between Nike and Adidas, but one could argue that Nike and Adidas will always be the originals. Well, Under Armour has upped its game by signing the legendary, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson as their latest brand ambassador.

The Rock took to social media to express his excitement saying,

“IT’S OFFICIAL. The Rock/Under Armour partnership has been years in the making and we’re proud and pumped to have it come to fruition.”

He stood in front of a poster that was larger than the large man, himself with the words
“UNDER ARMOUR WELCOMES DWAYNE ‘THE ROCK’ JOHNSON” printed in bold.

No details on what we’ll see from UA and The Rock have been released nor have the specifics on the deal.

The Rock will join NFL star, Tony Romo, professional ballet dancer, Misty Copeland, and the NBA’s reigning MVP, Stephen Curry on Under Armour’s endorsement roster.
