While J. Luchiano might have had the skills to join MMG, the way he went about it was all wrong. Two months after climbing the gates that closed off Ross’ Atlanta home, he was set up by the “Crocodile Python” rapper’s attorneys.

When J. Luchiano received a call from the attorneys, he was under the assumption that his mixtape was just that good. NOT. The man walked into the office of the legal squad, was offered a glass of water, and the next thing he knew he was being placed under arrest for misdemeanor criminal trespassing, according to TMZ. Although later bailed out with $3500, the aspiring rapper said that he walked up a side path; he did not climb a gate.
