After more than 14 hours of deliberations over the course of three days, the judge has declared a mistrial in the case of Baltimore police Officer William Porter who was one of six officers charged with the death of Freddie Gray. Tuesday, the jurors told the judges they were deadlocked, and unable to reach a unanimous decision. The jury resumed talks Wednesday morning but were still unsuccessful in reaching a verdict.

Prosecutors will decide whether to re-try the case. The judge instructed the prosecution and defense attorneys to appear in administrative court Thursday morning to set a new trial date.
