It’s been 5 years and 2 months since the U.S captured and killed the leader of Al Qaeda, the man responsible for 9/11, Osama Bin Laden. Since then, his son Hamza remains heir to the throne and his whereabouts are unknown. Now, in an unreleased audio message, he hints at vengeance for his father’s death.

The audio was heard in video released by As-Sahab on Saturday, where Hamza bin Laden apparently told Americans that they were accountable for the decisions of their leaders and Al Qaeda will continue to wage jihad (holy war) (doesn’t make sense), against the U.S for it’s oppressing of Muslims, the Middle East Media Research Institute’s Jihad and Terrorism Threat Monitor reported.

Hamza bin Laden was quoted in the audio as saying:

“If you think that your sinful crime that you committed in Abbottabad has passed without punishment, then you thought wrong.”

Osama Bin Laden was killed in a May 2011 U.S. raid at his compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan and his son is believed to be training to take over Al Qaeda as it’s leader.
