According to a spokesperson for the Paris Prosecutor who spoke with CNN, the 16 people were picked up in Paris and several surrounding suburbs early Monday morning. No one has been charged with anything but they are expected to be questioned asap. According to French law, the police have 96 hours to question and find the truth. Police reportedly had a lead when they found DNA at the crime scene, linking back to one of the suspects.

Kim is yet to comment on the 16 people arrested, but may be doing so soon after finally rejoining social media after months staying on the down low since the October incident.
