On June 24th, while pulling into the toll plaza at the Lincoln Tunnel, Simpson pulled out at the same time –much to the dismay of a Manhattan librarian that caught it all on tape.

N.J. Transit bus driver, George Simpson, Jr., was arrested for committing a lewd act while driving a bus through the Lincoln Tunnel. The 41-year-old driver has also been charged with reckless driving, risking injury or damage by removing his hands from the steering wheel, and lewdness.
