As part of his plea deal for his infamous 2014 paparazzi beatdown, Kanye West received 24 months of probation and 250 hours of community service. In exchange for the completed work, Yeezy would be eligible to have his record expunged, and now that the 2 years and 250 hours are done, he’s filed legal papers asking a judge to do just that. A judge has yet to rule, but TMZ says it’s “almost guaranteed” that his criminal record will be erased.

After a long and hard workout, Kanye figured out he didn’t need Uber anymore. The Paparazzi who were near by offered Ye’ a ride and he accepted. He said, “I don’t need Uber anymore. I’ll just have the paps take me where I want to go.”

He recently finished up his court appointed community service after an altercation with a photographer at LAX last year and is known to give the paps a hard time when they catch him out and about. Ye has even taught his two-year old daughter North, how to be expressionless around the cameras and she even tells the photogs “no pictures!” Well now it seems, Kanye has a new strategy when it comes to paps. A video surfaced on YouTube yesterday titled “Kanye West Attacks Paparazzi in Austin, Texas”, purporting to be exactly what the title says. Before it could be completely dismissed as BS, it started gaining a little traction, as it does appear to be him through the way he’s moving and dressed, and the fact he’s punching with his left hand (Ye is left-handed.) However, he was just in L.A. for the Odd Future carnival on Saturday, in New York on Sunday night for Leonardo DiCaprio’s party, and at LAX at some point yesterday, so when would he have had the time? I’m going to file this under “FAKE” for now, but you can watch the video for yourself below and be the judge!
